South Kynouria features a varied coastline where small seaside settlements, organized shores, and quieter locations coexist harmoniously. The beaches stand out for their clear waters, natural setting, and connection with the daily life of nearby villages. Access is easy, and the options suit both brief visits and long hours by the sea.
Sampatiki
A small coastal settlement with a picturesque harbor and calm character. Its beach offers crystal-clear waters ideal for relaxed swimming, while the presence of the chapel of Panagia adds a distinctive atmosphere to the landscape. Opposite Sampatiki lies the smaller Theopafsto beach, suitable for short swims.
Zaritsi
A large pebble beach before Tyros, known for exceptionally clear waters and minimal waves. The sheltered bay creates a lake-like feeling, especially at the edges, making it ideal for calm swimming and relaxation.
Tigani

Poulithra
A long beach directly connected with the seaside settlement of the same name. Pebbles and clean waters create ideal swimming conditions, while local restaurants and ouzeris complement the experience with regional flavors.
Fokiano
A bay of exceptional natural beauty ending in a beach of large smooth pebbles and remarkably clear waters. Access requires a longer drive, but the sense of isolation and sea quality reward the visitor. A few discreet dining and organized beach options exist, while quiet independent experiences remain possible even in peak season.
